Kicking Carbs, Sugar and Alcohol…for a bit
Wrote this over a month ago and found it in my drafts and I’m happy to report that I’ve been extremely (no you don’t understand me), extremely good since December 6th. Â No alcohol, vitamins, eating just about nothing and I feel great!
So I am desperately trying to get rid of that “I need” pattern that I have definitely developed over the last couple of years.  The best thing to do is just feed my other habit of “googling” my problems and researching (ok..5 mins of googling) to find “options” to try.
Carbohydrate Craving Syndrome – says that a Chromium Suppliment would be good and it seems that 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) would be good for me.

I’m drinking more tea. One of my wonderful clients just sent me a Starbuck’s gift certificate – I haven’t been drinking coffee regularly for a while (too expensive and my roommate makes it at 5:30am…too early for me to be a part of that coffee drink wise and budget wise)
But I bought the Starbucks Via and love it.
