Finally Chrome Beta and Extensions

I’ve been waiting for Google Chrome to offer extensions and finally there is Google Chrome Beta that does.

The extensions that I’ve installed so far are:

bit.ly sidebar to use to posts to twitter from the web

Chromed Bird – another Twitter tool to follow timelines and interact with your Twitter Account

Feedly – which organizes your favorite souces in a magazine-like start page. I really like this because igoogle wasn’t exactly my favorite and I never used it unless I was going to read my feeds

Google Tasks – a toolbar extension that allows you to quickly add tasks (like I don’t have enough lists going already)

Zemanta, that adds a nice sidebar to your posting screen when blogging to assist with content. You can update your preferences and it will add a “my sources” to your sidebar based on your subscription, etc.
