RYZwear.comRYZ was founded by a group of ex-industry sneaker geeks who invites anyone to design the perfect pair of shoes. They’ll produce the most popular designs, sell them around the world, and share the profits with the designer.

They feature different “theme” design contests from COLOURLovers to Magic.  You just download the template and submit your design.  The community votes and the chose a winner.
